Torch cutting system is portable for shop and field
CN-Seamless Mach 1
CN-Seamless has developed a portable, touchscreen-driven machine for precision torch cutting in the shop and field. According to the company, the 35-lb. machine makes it possible to fabricate metal with minimal training in applications that otherwise require highly skilled labor, expensive machinery, or complex setup.
The Mach 1 features an electromagnet that allows vertical and upside-down mounting for torch cutting. Its high-precision motors help simplify critical cuts, and software that optimizes parameters based on material and thickness helps users with minimal experience generate high-quality cuts, the manufacturer states.
The unit folds into a hard carrying case measuring 24 by 19 by 9 in. It cuts beams, channel, and plate in any orientation up to 8-in.-thick steel.
